Experience in the hotel industry is essential
Duties will include:
- Managing all areas of the hotel
- Working on the rotas for all the employees
- Meeting and organising weddings & functions
- Restaurant & Bar Supervision
- Stock control
- Office duties
- Working towards targets
- Ensuring the day to day running of the hotel is of excellent standard
Gwesty Carreg Bran is becoming a Designed Boutique Hotel. The new owners are investing in the hotel and need an excellent Assistant Manager to further the ongoing success. Training is offered and will be given to assist the successful candidates first few weeks.
This position is open to an experienced assistant manager or a person with excellent experience as a supervisor within the hotel industry.
